Allergy Notice

At Sweet Generations we specialise in offering gluten free products. All our baked goods are gluten free, we love the reaction on customers faces when they realise they have a huge choice....The best kind of decision!?    We have a dediated gluten free kitchen (oven, equiptment, utensils, cloths, aprons etc) with no airborne gluten being on the premises. We understand there is often a need for dairy free, vegan and soya free along with being gluten free. We are pleased to say we have bakes that combine all these. Ask our members of staff upon visiting and we can advise you which products are suitable depending on the ingredients. Where possible we can use subsitutions when creating custom celebration cakes catering to accomodate allergies.

Nut allergies - We have nuts being present in the kitchen. Allergens must be discussed when ordering. When bakes are purchased in person from our shop allergens need to be raised at the point of sale so please ask staff to inform you of allergens in our products. Products pre-ordered will include an allergen label within the box, please think carefully when purchasing as a gift.
